Course Description:

This session aims to provide participants with an overview of automating business processes through the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. RPA is a type of technology used to automate processes which were previously done manually. It aims to fully automate processes which are repetitive and rule-based in nature, giving the process owners the opportunity to eliminate the execution of such mundane tasks and allowing them to focus on more value-added work. During this session, the concept of RPA will be presented to showcase this technology and the benefits it offers in terms of improved efficiency and cost savings.

Business managers, leaders, head of units and any other individuals who are interested in improving the efficiency of business processes by automating repetitive processes.
