Course Description:
A combined Power Automate course covering both cloud-based workflow automation and desktop-based robotic process automation (RPA). Participants will learn how Power Automate can automate repetitive tasks and business processes, connect and move data between different services, send automatic reminders, and support browser/mobile-based flow management. The desktop/RPA element introduces how rule-based manual processes can be automated to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive work.
Target Audience:
Developers, automation specialists, low-code makers, process automation teams, business analysts interested in improving process efficiency by automating repetitive tasks.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the value and capabilities of Power Automate across cloud flows and desktop-based RPA.
- Identify repetitive, rule-based business processes suitable for automation.
- Understand when to use cloud flows, desktop flows, or a combination of both.
- Learn how organisations can use Power Automate to connect services, move data, send reminders, and automate manual tasks.
- Recognise the efficiency and cost-saving benefits of automation.
Prerequisites:
Basic understanding of software applications, business processes and data. Familiarity with the basic concepts of Microsoft Power Platform would be beneficial.
