Course Description:
An introductory course providing participants with an updated overview of Microsoft Power Platform and how its components can be used to create business solutions. Participants will understand how Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and Copilot Studio can be used individually or together to improve productivity, automate processes, analyse data and create AI-powered experiences.
Target Audience:
Individuals interested in understanding Microsoft Power Platform and how low-code tools, automation, business intelligence, portals and AI agents can support business process improvement.
Learning Outcomes:
- Learn the key components and business value of Microsoft Power Platform.
- Understand when to use Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
- Recognise the role of Dataverse, connectors and AI Builder in building joined-up low-code solutions.
- Identify practical business scenarios where Power Platform can support process improvement, reporting, app development and agent-enabled support.
Prerequisites:
Basic understanding of software applications, business processes and data. No prior development experience is required.
