Course Description:

This seminar will focus on the concept of automation, the benefits it offers in terms of increased productivity and efficiency and the way such automated solutions may be applied in practice. The seminar draws upon the knowledge and experience of our trainers across different industries and demonstrates that the benefits of automation can also be experienced by the transport and logistics sector.

Target Audience:

C suite; Business users.

No IT background is required but having members from IT department accompanying the relevant target audience, will significantly improve the possibility of following up on conversations internally to exploit further the benefits of this session.

Learning Outcomes:

The objective of this seminar is to outline the ways in which automation may contribute to optimising business processes and enhancing overall efficiency.

CPE Hours: This course qualifies for 1.5 hours of structured CPE which can be classified as Professional Competency. A certificate of attendance will be provided at the end of the session.

Alexia leads the automation team at KPMG Digital Solutions. She focuses mainly on business process improvement and the implementation of automated solutions using tools such as Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Platform. Alexia has lead projects within the BPR and Automation spectrum in various industries both locally and internationally.
