About Lean Six Sigma
The Lean Six Sigma methodology enables practitioners to design and implement practices that can help ensure organisational capability, well controlled robust processes, reduced operational defects and performance excellence.

The programme aims at improving competency of an individual to contribute towards organisational success through correct understanding of issues, make fact-based decisions, and rectify unwanted elements within a process.

Modules
The programme is based on e-learning module that equips you with skills to help ensure that processes yield desired and stable results repeatedly, using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
The programme is divided into seven modules with built in exercises followed by final assessment.
How e-Learning works
- A link will be shared with login credentials
- Participants login from their laptop remotely
- Two months access for e-learning is provided
- After completion of modules the participant take the assessment (50 minutes) on Learning Management System (LMS) as per their convenience remotely
- Certificate on successful completion (65% pass mark)
