  • Fitting Agile into a Waterfall / Iterative Framework

Target Audience:

Top level management with an interest in implementing and managing IT projects within their organisation, who do not have a project management team or a project manager. This event is not intended for Project Managers.

Christine’s expertise is Project Management and is the PMO Lead within Digital Solutions.

Daniel Privitelli, Senior Project Manager, KPMG Digital Solutions

Daniel Privitelli

During the past 15 years, Daniel has been involved in managing multiple IT projects within the Banking, Software, Payments and Manufacturing industries, servicing both local and foreign clients. He has extensive experience on various systems such as ERP, CRM, Document Management Systems and Databases. His career has progressed from software development, systems/business analysis to project management, thus gaining considerable knowledge and experience on a wide spectrum of roles. Since joining KPMG as a Senior Project Manager, he has been involved in managing, coordinating and overseeing a number of client and internal projects involving various stakeholders.

Tiana Thambipillai, Associate Project Manager, KPMG Digital Solutions

Tiana Thambipillai

Tiana is an Associate Project Manager at KPMG.  During her time at KPMG, Tiana has been involved in the planning and coordinating of data and analytics projects, whilst also gaining experience working in business change management. Prior to joining KPMG, Tiana has predominantly worked in government and public sector organisations coordinating projects and people, specifically in the areas of EU project procurement, policy reporting and research.
